The Hartley 16 Association of New Zealand
is a long established organisation for the promotion and enjoyment
in both cruising and racing of the Hartley Trailer sailer 16
boat. |

The Hartley 16 can be found in almost every
town in New Zealand both inland and coastal, with the main centres
of activity being Auckland, Waiuku, Napier, Wanganui and New
Plymouth. |

The main centre for Hartley 16 sailing in Auckland
is hosted by The Manukau Yacht & Motor Boat Club (on
Kiwi Esplanada past Banbury Place, Mangere Bridge, Auckland).
Catering for Hartley TS enthusiasts, and has an extensive racing
schedule on the Manukau Harbour for most of the year. In addition
to racing, we sail socially on the Waitemata and beyond. This
is an enthusiastic Club which also caters for juniors with a
learning-to-sail programme. |

The Association has a President and a Measurer.
An AGM is held annualy. |

Strict measurement rules are in place for the
purpose of racing the Hartley 16. |
